David Russell Apartments is looking to recruit a Senior House Service Supervisor to join their housekeeping team. The residence provides accommodation for students during term time and operates providing holiday accommodation for visitors and groups during the summer period.
Applicants will be responsible for organising a team of 7 housekeeping supervisors and 1 housekeeping assistant during term time, and up to 80 extra staff during the summer vacation period. Other tasks include participating in Health & Safety checks, ordering and distribution stock, liaising with other members of the management team, participating in training and general admin and reception duties.
The successful applicant will be organised, flexible, have excellent communication skills, be customer focussed and have a pleasant, friendly disposition. This role will be part of rotation of Senior Housekeeping Supervisors.
