Providing support to vulnerable people at our day service facility in Southmead
Stimulating them and supporting them enjoy quality time away from home
Accessing community resources, activities and enable them to enjoy active life as citizens.
Motivating them to learn new skills or maintain skills for life and to find employment.
Maintain safe living conditions.
Going out for a hot drink or lunch.
Accessing community facilities, swimming, library other leisure activities.
Sitting down, listening to life stories, playing board games, watching TV and many more.
Supporting them maintain healthy life style, form friendship and enjoy live
Monitoring their health and wellbeing
