Hyde is looking for a Business Administration Apprentice to join our collaborative and values-driven team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment that champions employee wellbeing, continuous learning, and long-term development.
As a Business Administration Apprentice at Hyde, you will support the Delivery & Change team in delivering operational and project-based improvements, helping to shape data governance and insight practices across the business. This is an ideal role if you’re looking to gain hands-on experience while completing a formal apprenticeship and developing essential workplace skills.
Key Duties:
Support the planning and coordination of team meetings and supplier engagements, including preparing documents and taking minutes.
Assist with internal communications and simple project or research tasks to support business needs.
Help maintain Hyde’s data governance standards and support data-driven decision-making across teams.
Monitor team inboxes, respond to queries, and track the embedding of operational changes.
Collaborate with the Analytics team to learn about reporting and support the delivery of data insights.
