Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the kitchen and suppliers to ensure timely availability of ingredients and beverages.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation throughout the restaurant.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
