• Salary: £95–£110 per day depending on experience

• Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ secondary school with strong pastoral systems
• Full CPD and induction provided – no prior experience needed
• Interviews taking place throughout July

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supporting students in class and through small group sessions
• Building trusted relationships with vulnerable pupils
• Promoting engagement, attendance, and emotional wellbeing
• Collaborating with pastoral, SEN, and teaching teams
• Helping students build confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
• Monitoring progress and contributing to intervention plans

• Experience working with young people in any setting (desirable but not essential)
