Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' needs and situations
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals
Provide counseling and support to clients dealing with emotional, mental, and social challenges
Collaborate with healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies to coordinate services
Conduct home visits and maintain accurate and up-to-date case records
Provide supervision and mentorship to junior social work staff and interns
Participate in community outreach initiatives to raise awareness of available resources and services
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution
Valid state licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or equivalent
A minimum of 2 years of post-graduate social work experience
Demonstrated knowledge of social work practices, principles, and ethics
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
Experience working with diverse populations and understanding of cultural competency
Proficient in case management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 08:45
End Time: 17:15
Pay Per Hour: £22.51
