The role:
Our client is seeking a qualified and experienced Health & Safety Advisor to lead on training delivery and compliance support for Rotherham. You’ll assess training needs, deliver essential sessions (e.g. fire safety, manual handling, incident investigation), and support improvements in staff competence across key service areas.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver tailored in-person and online training
Carry out training needs analysis and compliance reviews
Support the development of site-specific safety standards
Liaise with stakeholders to close compliance gaps
What the client is looking for:
Strong Health & Safety experience (NEBOSH preferred)
Demonstrable training delivery and design experience
Able to work independently and manage priorities
Office-based start, hybrid after induction
