To continue to enhance our provision, we are seeking a dedicated and inspiring Reflection Lead/Pupil Mentor to join our welcoming and faith-filled community, with high-quality CPD and opportunities for professional development. This is a pivotal role in promoting a safe and respectful learning environment across the school. The successful candidate will manage the school's internal isolation provision and provide 1:1 and small group mentoring to support pupils in understanding and improving their behaviour. Working closely with the Behaviour Lead, you will play a vital part in supporting pupil wellbeing, engagement and personal development.
