Title: Transport Administrator / Customer Service Advisor The Best Connection Employment Group are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our clients dynamic team based in the MK45 area. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced transport environment, ideal for candidates with a background in administration or customer service involving data entry.
Job Details: Pay: £12.75 per hour Hours: 12:00pm - 8:00pm Days: Monday - Friday Location: MK45 area Key Responsibilities: Conducting driver document checks Completing end-of-shift debriefs with drivers, capturing incidents, feedback, and performance updates Handling inbound/outbound calls and emails Supporting the team to enhance efficiency and collaboration Daily use of Microsoft Office and in-house systems to maintain accurate records Assisting with fleet compliance and yard management Requirements of the Administrator: Previous admin or transport experience is preferred Proficient with Microsoft Office - especially Excel Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to prioritise tasks, work independently, and maintain strong attention to detail Other benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Limited include 28 days paid annual leave pro-rata (inclusive of statutory holiday, PAYE only) Weekly pay Pension contributions On-site canteen Ongoing assignment with long-term potential
