About the Role:
We are recruiting for a leading manufacturer of high-quality signs that supply to a wide range of industries across the UK. Due to continued growth, our client are looking to expand their warehouse team with a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative.
Role Responsibilities: Packing and wrapping signs ready for dispatch Ensuring products are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit Working efficiently to meet daily dispatch targets Assisting with general warehouse duties as required Keeping the work area clean and organised Requirements: Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment is desirable but not essential Good attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace Must be able to work rotating shifts (6am-3pm, 8am-5pm, 1pm-10pm) A full UK driving licence or own transport is essential due to the rural location of the site Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling What's On Offer: A friendly and supportive team environment On-the-job training and development opportunities Free on-site parking
Benefits & Requirements:
- Hourly rate as above, or the appropriate National Minimum Wage (age dependent)
- 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday)

- Ongoing Assignment
- Overtime Available
- Possible permanent position following a successful trial period
- Training Provided
- Weekend Work
