Title: Upholsterer / Sewing Machinist **PERMANENT POSITION AVAILABLE AFTER SUCCESSFUL TRIAL PERIOD** Our client, a family run manufacturing company based in Hereford, are looking for Upholsterers to join their team. They are the world's largest producer of disability reaching aids. There is opportunity for permanent employment after successful trial period.
**PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL AS TRAINING CAN BE PROVIDED**
Duties and Responsibilities: Measure and cut new fabric with the aid of design stencils Stitch together upholstery in accordance with the design Attach fabric or leather using industrial sewing machines Quality Checking of Sewn Items Benefits: Long Term Work Lovely Working Environment Enhanced Overtime Rates Close to train station Pay: £12.80 per hour £19.20 after 39 hours and Saturdays £25.60 Sundays and Bank Holidays Shifts: Monday-Friday 08:00-17:00 Benefits of working for The Best Connection Group Ltd include: 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE (inclusive of statutory holiday) Online payslips, Weekly pay and Pension contribution On-going assignments The Best Connection 'Perks at Work'
