What You'll Be Doing
o Supporting individuals with day-to-day living, including home management, personal care and accessing the community
o Accompanying/driving tenants to appointments and activities
o Administering medication (after training)
o Maintaining accurate records and care documentation
o Creating a safe, supportive and respectful environment
o Working shifts that include long days, weekends, and regular sleep-in duties
Who We're Looking For
We're open to full-time and part-time applicants, but all candidates must:
o Be willing and able to COMPLETE SLEEP-IN SHIFTS as part of the rota
o Hold a MANUAL DRIVING LICENCE, valid for at least 12 months
o Be confident WORKING ALONE
o Have a flexible approach to shift work across a 24-hour rota
BENEFITS
o Sleep-in allowance: £60 per shift
o Weekend enhancement: £0.70 per hour
o 22 days annual leave + statutory bank holidays (pro-rata)
o Additional annual leave after 3, 4 and 5 years' service
o Paid DBS (renewed every three years)
