Higher Openshaw School is seeking to appoint a Office Administrator to join our welcoming and vibrant school office.
We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, self-motivated and highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys working as part of a team.
We are seeking a candidate who:
- Has excellent communication, literacy, and numeracy skills.
- Is confident using a range of IT systems, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel (experience with SIMS or Arbor is highly desirable).
- Can work efficiently in a fast-paced office with frequent interruptions.
- Is professional, approachable, and able to build positive relationships as the first point of contact for pupils, parents, and visitors.
