Role Duties & Responsibilities - Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Technician

Join a modern, automated factory environment and use your mechanical engineering experience to:

Maintain, service, and repair a range of production machinery – including motors, gearboxes, high-speed packaging lines, and conveyors

Conduct proactive and reactive mechanical fault finding

Lead planned and preventative maintenance activities

Drive equipment performance improvements in a world-class engineering setup

Bring a calm, focused, solutions-driven approach to a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For: Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Technician

We value military-trained engineers who’ve been tested in high-pressure environments. Ideally, you’ll have:

NVQ Level 3 / ONC / C&G in Mechanical Engineering (or Armed Forces trade equivalent: REME, RAF, or Royal Navy training)

Strong fault-finding and mechanical repair skills

Experience with pneumatics and fast-moving machinery (advantageous but not essential)

A proactive, team-focused attitude with a hunger to learn and grow
