**Job Purpose and work duties**
* Support Worker is required to assist with various activities, enabling the employer to maintain an independent and fulfilling life that meets their chosen lifestyle.
**Work Duties:**
* Domestic tasks e.g. laundry, housework and meal preparation.
* Shopping
* Outdoor walking/exercise
* Taking me to appointments
* Assisting with leisure activities
**Supporting with**
Mobility, ensuring the employers safety
Personal care
Undertaking activities for employer
Ensuring employers home is clean, hygienic, and safe

Working in a safe way and highlighting health and safety concerns
Assisting with management of employers health risks
Establish and maintain effective communication

Within the employers home

**Hours and rate of pay**
* Weekend hours working over Saturday and Sunday in the daytime, and evenings, hours to be discussed with employer
* £12.21 per hour for 1.5 hours per week

Ability to understand and deliver the needs of the employer
Ability to undertake domestic activities
