CLEANING LEAD

Salary: £12.71 Per Hour

Working Hours: Permanent, Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday working 5 out of 7 days between 11:30 and 19:30

Location: Leicester, Crown Hills Community College, LE5 5FT.

G4S Facilities Management are recruiting a Cleaning lead on a full-time, permanent basis based in Leicester.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, a skilled problem-solver, and a collaborative team player. This exciting role offers significant learning and development as you'll be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling daily Cleaning Services to ensure they consistently meet required standards within your designated areas.

Responsibilities:
Undertake daily inspections and oversee the cleaning team by assisting, supporting and coordinating the team to ensure productivity and safety.
Assist the site manager to ensure all cleaning runs are covered including cover for annual leave and last minute sickness cover.
Ensure adequate levels of equipment stock and ensure it is used and stored correctly.
Assist site team in dealing with emergency situations e.g. flooding, burst pipes etc.
Maintain Health & Safety to a high standard at all times and advise Site Manager of any concerns regarding COSHH, method statements, risk assessments and instructions for all tasks on site.
Report damages, spillages and breakages, including gathering evidence.
