Job Description
Responsibilities:
Deliver furniture and other equipment to various locations throughout the UK.
• Assemble and install commercial furniture according to specifications and client requirements.
• Follow instruction/plans to ensure proper placement and installation of furniture.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and any issues encountered.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Essential
• Valid driver's licence.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good customer experience stills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
• Willingness to learn/undertake additional training
Preferred
• Proven experience as a driver and/or furniture installer.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints
• CSCS Card/Asbestos Training
• DBS Check
