Group Commercial Vehicle Fleet Sales Manager – South of England (Based in Kent/Sussex)
Salary: £70,000+ OTE | Company Car + Full Benefits | Mon–Fri, 8:00–5:30
Are you a proven fleet sales professional ready to take your career up a gear?
We’re looking for a Group Commercial Vehicle Fleet Sales Manager to join a respected motor trade group and take the lead on all things commercial fleet – working with some of the biggest commercial vehicle clients across the South of England, from London to the coast.
The Role:
As Fleet Sales Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for large fleet clients (30+ vehicles), nurturing long-term relationships and uncovering new business opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Group Fleet Manager and their dynamic team to drive results across the region.
What You'll Do
• Manage key fleet accounts, ensuring high levels of service and retention
• Develop new business and strategic partnerships across the South of England
• Represent a strong portfolio of Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet ambitious sales targets
• Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer fleet needs
What We're Looking For
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial vehicle fleet sales
• A natural relationship builder with a sharp commercial mind
• Strong knowledge of LCVs and the wider fleet market
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable covering a regional territory
• Full UK driving licence
