Job Description:
The client is looking for a reliable and confident Evening Shift Packing Operative to join their team at the Rice Mill in Fulbourn. This role involves operating packing machinery, supporting production efficiency, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and manage packing lines as part of a two-person evening shift team
Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs on packing machinery
Complete production and quality control records accurately
Ensure compliance with all Food Safety, Food Hygiene, and Health & Safety standards
Support the smooth and efficient running of the packing process

Candidate Requirements:
Previous experience working on packing lines, ideally within the food industry
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
Ability to follow Health & Safety policies consistently
Basic IT and computer skills
Counterbalance FLT license and Food Safety & Hygiene Level 2 qualifications are advantageous but not essential

Benefits:
Competitive pay rates (£19.58 per hour 5pm–10pm; £20.60 per hour 10pm–2am)
20 days holiday per annum, increasing up to 25 days, plus bank holidays
