Salary: £250 - £280 Per day
Job Description
Job Duties:
• Oversee and manage high volume housing sites in Worcester
• Ensure site safety and compliance with regulations
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site workers
• Monitor progress and quality of work
• Report to senior management on project status
Required Qualifications:
• SMSTS certification
• CSCS card
• First Aid training
• Valid Driving Licence
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:
• Previous experience as a number 1 Site Manager
• Experience in PLC House Building
• Strong understanding of construction processes
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
Working Conditions:
• Contract position with potential for future work with this developer
• Full-Time hours Monday to Friday
• Work on-site in Worcester, West Midlands
