The teams are supported by good administrative systems and offers excellent working environments. The teams have good links with local statutory and non-statutory services. All the CMHTs work closely with our colleagues in Urgent care and the Inpatient Wards across GMMH.

The post holder will work as part of the Community Inclusion Service as a senior support worker under the supervision of the team manager and Occupational Therapist. The main purpose of the role is to work with service users, both on a one to one and group basis, in a goal and recovery focussed way, to enable individuals to improve their wellbeing and move towards independence. This will involve helping service users to overcome barriers to sustaining engagement in their activities of choice and supporting service users to access mainstream activities in the wider community.
