Monday–Friday, No Weekends!
Main Franchise Dealer
South Croydon
A well-established main dealership in the Croydon area is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their Aftersales team. This is a full-time, permanent role with no weekend work and exceptional pay.
The Role:
- Greet and support customers throughout the service process
- Liaise with the workshop team to ensure smooth communication and updates
- Provide clear advice on services, repairs, and costs
- Maintain accurate records and deliver excellent customer care
What You’ll Need:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Service Advisor or similar role
- Kerridge or other DMS experience is a plus but not essential
- Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail
- Highly organised and confident working as part of a team
- A genuine focus on customer satisfaction
What’s on Offer:
- On-target earnings of £38,000+ per year
- Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm. No weekends!
