Key Responsibilities
This role is a vibrant mix of field-based and office-based duties, designed to drive sales and enhance our brand presence.
In the Field:
• Act as a key brand ambassador for Save9, proactively visiting local residential areas, business parks and caravan parks.
• Confidently engage with prospective customers to promote our Superfast Wi-Fi and full fibre broadband packages.
• Organise and conduct strategic leaflet-drop campaigns in targeted locations.
• Plan, promote and host engaging open-day sessions and community events to demonstrate our services, answer questions and sign-up new customers.
In the Office:
• Manage the online sales process from start to finish, including processing new customer orders with accuracy and care.
• Serve as the first point of contact for pre-sales customer enquiries via phone, email and social media - providing exceptional service and product knowledge (full training provided).
• Develop and execute a dynamic social media strategy to promote Save9's services across platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and Instagram.
• Create compelling content, monitor engagement and interact with our online community to build a loyal following and generate leads.
About You: Personality, Experience and Qualifications
• You are a "people person" with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, equally comfortable talking to a small business manager/owner or a residential customer.
• You have a confident, positive and outgoing personality with a natural flair for explaining things to others in simple-to-understand manner.
• You are highly self-motivated, organised and able to work independently while managing a varied workload.
• You are tech-savvy with a strong working knowledge of, and a genuine interest in, social media platforms for business.
• Previous experience in either a sales role, a customer service role, or a marketing role is highly desirable.
• A full, valid clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
Working pattern and contracted hours: Monday to Friday with occasional weekend availability – typical working hours are between 9am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch. Travel to-and-from sites is provided by the company and any travel hours after 5.30pm (e.g. a 20 minute journey returning home from a customer site) is not part of the contracted hours. This is due to the variable work locations we have along the Yorkshire Coast. Total hours per week: 37.5 hours to 42 hours per week. Part-time working may also be considered for this role.
