Crynodeb
You will be supported with Induction and training. There will be opportunities for progression within the service. You will be encouraged to be part of quality improvement and suggest options to enhance the service. You will be joining the team at an exciting time as we shape the future of First Contact and Primary Care Services. Please note this post requires also working unsocial hours (evenings), weekends and bank holidays. Use of own car is also required as the role involves travelling across Oxfordshire. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010. The post holder will be part on on-call rota covering day shifts, late shifts, weekends and public holidays. Shifts: Weekdays 10:00-18:00 - 12:00-20:00 - 16:00 - 00:00 Weekends and Bank Holiday Shifts: 08:00 - 16:00 and 15:30 - 23:30, long days will be considered as part of our commitment to flexible working. Enhanced hourly rates will be paid according to NHS rates. Availability to work during the Christmas and Easter period is essential.
