Are you someone who can work independently as well as within a team and who has the drive to provide efficient administrative support to the Streetscene team at Hull City Council? Do you thrive on challenges and love varied work?
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Support Officer to provide support to the Customer Service Officer and Customer Services Team Leader to ensure productive and efficient administrative support to the wider Streetscene team.
The post holder will provide a wide range of office based services to support the Waste Management, Street Cleansing and Grounds Maintenance services and will communicate with members of the public, the call centre and internal and external agencies to ensure effective service delivery and to meet the customer promises and service standards of Streetscene.
