What You’ll Be Cooking Up:

  • Safety & Standards – Keep your kitchen pristine and your team working safely with full compliance to all food safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a Chef Manager, ideally in contract catering or a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • A genuine passion for food, service, and seasonal ingredients.
  • Great communication and leadership skills—you inspire others with your energy.
  • A track record of developing high-performing teams and creating a culture of engagement where people feel valued, supported, and motivated to excel.
  • A strong sense of ownership and ability to manage client relationships.
  • Confidence with budgets, stock control, and cost management.
