Bench Joiner – Basildon / £15.50-£16.00 per hour / Monday-Friday / 7:30am-4:00pm
Extrastaff are currently looking for an experienced working Bench Joiner to join one of our client’s team on a full-time, permanent basis. Hours of work: 7:30am – 4:00pm Monday to Friday.
Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years’ experience of bench joinery and be able to demonstrate their knowledge and use of woodworking machinery
• We are seeking someone with good organisational skills and who can work as part of a team as well as on their own initiative
• Will be required to be in possession of a full kit of basic joinery tools, any specialised equipment will be provided
Experience:
• Bench Joinery:
• Knowledge of all the equipment associated with the role, battery / mains, routers, drills, edge bander, skill saws etc and the required training and certification
Key Responsibilities:
• Manufacturing joinery products including
• Fitted and freestanding furniture
• Sash and casement windows
• Doors
• Screens
