Staff Nurse – Day Shifts – £19.60 per hour– Luxury Care Home – Good CQC – Benefits + Development
Our client, a beautifully appointed care home for older adults, is looking for a dedicated Staff Nurse to join their warm and welcoming team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work 33 hours per week on day shifts, providing exceptional nursing care within a service rated ‘Good’ by the CQC.
Set in a tranquil location with on-site parking, this luxury home supports residents with a range of needs, including nursing and EMI care, delivering person-centred support with compassion, dignity, and clinical excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- A valid NMC PIN and registration as an RGN or RMN
- Previous experience in elderly or dementia care is highly desirable
- A kind, empathetic nature with excellent communication and team-working skills
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of care and safeguarding
- Reliable, proactive, and organised, with a positive and professional attitude

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to residents with a range of needs
- Work closely with residents and their families to create personalised care plans
- Administer medications and treatments in line with NMC guidelines
- Support, mentor, and guide care staff to ensure best practices across the team
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and external healthcare professionals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive environment where residents feel safe, heard, and valued
