Duties & Skills:
• Strong leadership skills to take charge during emergencies.
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Performing nursing assessments, procedures, and interventions
• Ability to think quickly and make sound clinical judgments, especially in emergency situations.
• Effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members, both verbally and in writing
• Expertise in assessing and managing patients' pain, including the use of pain relief interventions.



Duties & Skills:
To demonstrate excellent communication skills and lead from the front
• Strong & positive leadership skills to take charge during emergencies & lead by example.
• To carry out care homes policy and procedures to the highest standard
• Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.
