GP Receptionist 20hours: We are looking for a part-time GP Receptionist/Care Navigator to join our team. We are a busy but friendly 5 Partner training practice based in Old Swan.
Main duties will include
- To receive patients attending the surgery.
- To book appointments as required, at reception or over the telephone.
- To deal with enquires either at the reception or over the telephone.
- To signpost patients to the most appropriate service for their needs.
- To process prescription requests in line with the Repeat Prescription Policy
- To scan letters and reports into the patients medical records
Experience of working in a General Practice will be advantageous but not essential asl training will be given. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer care service skills.
