Responsibilities:
St. Davids Care Home is an elderly Care Home registered for 18 beds. It is family run business. It is situated near beautiful Marine Parade at Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.
You will work along with the manager to ensure the delivery of quality, personal-centred care
To maintain quality standards and ensure health and safety compliance
To train and supervise staff
To liaise with Local Authority, GP and other professionals as appropriate
To ensure regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicine, is delivered within regulations
To organise activities for residents and actively promote their independence
