Crynodeb
Part time caretaker required at prestigious residential block of flats in Edgware. “Handyperson skills” advantageous.
General on-site duties. Including rubbish collection from the blocks, liaison with residents and contractors and reporting directly to the managing agents on issues affecting the development.
Hours of work: 8.30 am – 12.30 pm Thursday & Friday. Occasional Saturdays for 2 hours and additional hours to cover holiday/sickness.
