What skills and experience we're looking for

Weald Rise Primary School is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic and friendly individual to lead the premises team for our school. The candidate must be resourceful, enthusiastic, proactive and have a positive outgoing nature; they should have good practical skills (ideally from a trade background such as joiner/plumber) and be knowledgeable of school health and safety and safeguarding requirements. The successful candidate will have excellent communications skills and be able to prioritise tasks to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Experience of working in a school or similar environment essential. Willingness to participate in relevant training essential.

Weald Rise Primary School is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee the management and maintenance of the school site. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety, security, and operational efficiency of our school premises.
