Job Title: Maintenance EngineerLocation: DerbyType: PermanentIndustry: Technical and EngineeringSalary: £40,000 per annum + O/T + excellent company benefitsWorkchain is currently seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client in Derby on a permanent basis.We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer. This is a field based role covering maintenance and repairs across retail shops in the East Midlands, with occasional support in a Derby head office.The position includes on call duties with on call premiums paid.This role is being recruited for on a permanent basis.Immediate interviews and starts are available.Key Responsibilities:· Perform general maintenance including PPM and emergency repairs on in store machinery· Maintain and repair in store equipment including ovens, fridges, lighting and plumbing· Ensure compliance with Health line-height: normal;">· Work closely with store teams and contractors to resolve issues efficiently· Maintain tools, supplies and accurate service records· Provide excellent levels of customer service at all timesKey Experience:· Hands on experience in maintenance engineering role and repairs within a maintenance environment· Strong fault finding and problem solving skills· Candidates will hold a full UK driving licence· An experience with PLC's (Siemens, Allen-Bradley), panel wiring and steam systems and background in food production environments would be advantageousQualifications:· Ideally a City line-height: normal;">· Ideally 18th Edition (BS 7671:2022) certificationHours of work are 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, Saturday on a rota with 1 day off in the week with overtime available during busy periods.The starting salary is £40kpa, with excellent company benefits.If you are a dedicated and experienced maintenance engineer looking for a new opportunity, then we want to hear from you.Please apply online and complete the application form to be considered for this position.
