We are looking for a Hub Lead for Medical, Physical Disability & Health Needs to join our talented and supportive team at Marling School. We are a thriving Multi-Academy Trust with a strong collective identity working together to generate and celebrate success within our communities. Start Date - ASAPThe SEND Hub Leader will be responsible for the identification and assessment of the needs of SEND students under one of the 4 following pillars of SEND: C&L, C&I, SEMH. The Hub Leader will be responsible for supporting the work of the SEND team in the management of provision for pupils identified as having Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). The Hub Leader will work with the Learning Support Assistants and pastoral teams to identify, analyse, monitor and provide support for these students so they achieve their personal best. They will also liaise closely with external agencies as required. The post will form part of the school’s SEND intervention team.An interest to develop the role to include responsibility as Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL) is desirable.We are committed to providing the very best learning experience for every young person in our Trust.
