Crynodeb
To provide advice and education within the multidisciplinary team by acting as a professional in your own field. To take an active role in planning and delivering Health Promotion and training events within the Service and trust, including promoting the departments services to other healthcare professionals and the general public to ensure appropriate patients are referred to the service. Ensure that the condition of clinical rooms is maintained in accordance with Infection control and Podiatry Service guidelines. To undertake clinical and managerial supervision with line managed staff Ability to realise when a patients condition is out of scope of grading and would need to be referred on to a senior grade. To have highly developed physical skills and a high level of precision To work to agreed productivity targets as set out by the CLCH Podiatry service. All appointment slots are counted as 20 minutes (2 slots are used for a new patient and one for a follow up patient).
