HEAD OFFICE, AMMANFORD
We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager based at our Head Office in Ammanford.

The Role:
Reporting to the board of Directors, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and executing the Marketing Strategy for the Company. You will identify and effectively target our customer base and have a sound understanding of the company’s branding and products. Managing and creating appropriate and imaginative content for a variety of channels including social media planning. Evaluating and improving marketing campaigns you will also take the lead on the creation of company product brochures along with organising promotional events such as trade shows. Identifying & measuring marketing outcomes and deliverables to increase the efficiency of marketing activities across the organisation.
The Person:
We are looking for someone who is driven and highly organised with the ability to think strategically and is committed to our company values and achieving our company objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering positive change in a marketing role and will also hold a relevant marketing qualification. The role is suited to a visual creator with copywriting and design skills and an eye for detail. You will ideally have strong problem-solving skills and be solutions driven. The ability to communicate well and work closely with others is key. Product knowledge is desirable but not essential as Training will be provided for the successful candidate.
Hours of work: An average of 38.75 hrs per week, Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. – 4.30 p.m.
