What you'll be doing;
- To work closely with the Maintenance teams at both Alton and Portsmouth MRF providing maintenance administrative support across the waste management facilities in line with all legal and contractual requirements
- Raising, receipting and managing purchase orders on HxGN EAM and Workday in line with company procedures
- Raising and managing work orders for the maintenance team, recording completions and reporting outcomes as required
- Liaison with contractors and suppliers to ensure costs are in line with market rates and the company is receiving the best value for money
- Ensure that all relevant Safety documentation is received from contractors and is up to date at all times
- Monitor and update the maintenance schedule for the facilities, using the Maintenance Management System and other tools
- Stock management and stock control of the spares held on site including reporting and reconciliation
- Month end reporting in line with facility requirements
- Implement and manage the digitisation of processes within the MRF setting and roll out to other parts of the business as appropriate
- Support the administration of the QHS reporting system for all QHSE records
- Provide Admin support for HR and other meetings as required
- Support other administrators during periods of annual leave and sickness with Payroll and Agency approval
- Other reasonable duties may be required
What we're looking for;
Essential
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent is essential
- IT proficient and the ability to learn other finance and bespoke software packages
- Excellent communication skills required, both verbal and written
- Organised and able to meet regular deadlines
- Able to follow detailed processes to ensure accuracy of information
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and able to act as an ambassador for the contract and business in all interactions
Desirable
- Experience in working with HxGN EAM and Workday or similar PO management system, or a CMMS, as well as experience in working within a maintenance environment is highly desirable
