A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and committed Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a supportive and forward-thinking primary team. We are looking for a dedicated professional with a passion for teaching and the ability to inspire and challenge learners in upper or lower KS2. Beginning September 2025.
Duties as a KS2 Teacher:
Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
Plan, prepare, and assess learning activities in line with national expectations.
Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and challenged.
Use assessment effectively to track progress and inform future planning.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents to ensure the best outcomes for pupils.
Support pupils’ personal development and wellbeing.
Ideal KS2 Teacher:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience teaching in KS2.
Demonstrate strong curriculum knowledge and a commitment to high standards.
Be reflective, adaptable and keen to grow professionally.
Have excellent behaviour management and interpersonal skills as a KS2 Teacher.
Work effectively as part of a team and be committed to the wider life of the school.
