Are you an experienced Gas Manager based in or near Havant? Ready to lead high-performing teams and deliver exceptional results?
We are looking for a domestic gas field manager who will oversee the efficient, safe, and compliant execution of gas installations, servicing, and maintenance within the social housing sector.
You will lead a team of engineers, ensuring high standards of customer service and adherence to regulations. Working alongside the operational team and management, you will ensure the smooth and safe delivery of gas services to residential and social housing customers.

Your Role:
Lead, mentor, and support multi-disciplinary field teams and supervisors across maintenance, repairs, and planned works
Ensure projects are delivered to time, whilst fitting budget and quality standards, adhering to gas safety regulations, and meeting KPI and contractual obligations
Drive high standards of safety, compliance and customer service across all works, including staff training, performance monitoring, implementing safety protocols and procedures
Conduct site visits, audits, toolbox talks, and inspections for quality and safety compliance
Monitor and manage budgets, stock, and resources to achieve value for money
Represent Liberty as a senior point of contact, ensuring seamless operational delivery
Support the development and performance management of staff, with regular 1:1s and team briefings
Work collaboratively with leadership teams on improvement projects and strategic objectives, implementing corrective actions
Deputise for senior leaders and take ownership of operational outcomes
What We Need from You.
NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent in technical/supervisory/management discipline
ACS qualifications: CCN1, HTR1, CKR1, CENWAT
Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in a repairs/maintenance or social housing setting
Strong understanding of gas legislation, health & safety, compliance, and contract delivery
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Confident using IT systems such as QL, Open Contractor, DRS, Power BI or similar
SMSTS or IOSH (desirable)
Unvented Hot Water
Full UK driving license
