Provide first-line IT support, resolving hardware/software issues, managing service requests, and supporting local and remote users. Configure new systems, maintain asset records, and contribute to service improvements.
Key Duties:
Log, troubleshoot, and resolve or escalate IT incidents and requests
Support hardware, software, and peripherals
Manage equipment allocation and user onboarding/offboarding
Maintain accurate documentation and asset data
Suggest improvements and stay updated on IT technologies
Essential Requirements:
Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
Submission of a current CV
Completion of a Confidentiality Agreement and Criminal Convictions Declaration upon offer
Supporting documents to be provided on offer acceptance
