Summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Advanced Practitioner – Children’s Services.
Essential Requirements:
Qualified Social Worker with Social Work England registration
Extensive experience working in children’s social care, specifically with adolescents
At least 2 years' experience as an Advanced Practitioner or Assistant Team Manager (ATM)
Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and safeguard children effectively
Strong knowledge of statutory frameworks including Working Together 2018 and the Children Act
Demonstrated commitment to reflective practice and team development
Excellent communication, leadership, and mentoring skills
Eligible to work in the UK (proof required)
Minimum 3 years of references/work history (with explanations for any gaps)
Must sign a Confidentiality Agreement upon offer
Standard DBS check required
Supporting documents must be provided upon offer acceptance
