Are you an experienced Band 5 Pharmacy Technician looking for a new opportunity? Oxford University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a talented Pharmacy Technician to be part of the Pharmacy team providing a near-patient medicines management service to clinical areas. Responsibilities of this job role To improve the quality of care to patients in a clinical area by means of an efficient medicines management system. To be an active member of the Pharmacy department and ensure continuous two-way exchange of information to maintain high standards of medicines within the Trust. To work in the cancer centre pharmacy satellite or Horton, supplying, counselling and providing a comprehensive pharmacy service to day case and outpatients on a daily basis. To be successful in applying for this role you will need: To maintain professional registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) Confident in labelling and dispensing prescriptions, Hospital pharmacy experience Experience of dealing directly with the public In addition to experience, all Qualified roles will be required to provide evidence of: Relevant Qualifications Registration with the relevant Registration Body if applicable.
