Crynodeb
The post-holder will deliver assessment, consultation and psychological intervention for people with a diagnosis of Functional Neurological Disorder (FND). The post-holder will take a lead role in developing the outpatient and inpatient service, alongside the service manager, consultants, specialist nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists in evidence-based service development, implementation of service outcome measures, use of data to demonstrate service impact, service user involvement, quality improvement projects and research involvement. As a senior member of the team, the post-holder will be expected to contribute to the supervision of more junior staff, along with the wider multidisciplinary team. They will also support colleagues from across the south-west, and nationally through professional networks and teaching opportunities. The team is actively involved in clinical research.
