Crynodeb
To manage staff as agreed in local structures, providing leadership and direction. To provide specialist administrative services to senior clinical/non clinical staff. To provide cover as required, during periods of absence, for relevant colleagues within the care unit. To action complex instructions from relevant designated staff. To collect and analyse any relevant data and make recommendations to the Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager in respect of the maintenance of inpatient and outpatient waiting list/time guarantees and support the Assistant Service Manager to reduce the waiting lists. To ensure the Service Manager/Assistant Service Manager is aware of any problems which could affect the achievement of waiting time targets and implement corrective action.
