We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Customer Service Technician to join our friendly team on our Anglian Water contract.
The Role:
You will be involved in varied tasks such as exchanging external boundary box water meters, carrying out water saving customer audits & surveying the installation of internal & external water meters for individual properties.
Here are some of the activities you'll be involved in...
- Ensure all customer, stakeholder and client interaction is professional and in accordance to procedures, escalating where appropriate.
- Compliance with legal and legislative policies and procedures in relation to health safety and environmental policies.
- Cooperate in any incident / accident / damage investigation
- Accurate and timely completion of all information management systems

A full valid driving license is essential, along with excellent communication skills and being comfortable working within a targeted environment.
