My client is an Independent Statutory Authority located in the North West. Your new role
Reporting to the Finance & Corporate Service Director, as Executive PA, you will provide a professional and confidential service to the Executive Team and the Board in all their functions. The role will include:Assist the Finance & Corporate Services Director in the oversight of the Company Secretarial function, ensuring the smooth running of the Board and its Committees.
Build and maintain relationships with the board, acting as the primary board interface for the arrangement of all meetings and events and the handling of all Board member queries.
Provide a comprehensive Board Secretariat function, including the preparation, editing, organisation and uploading of Board and Committee papers for all meetings and the taking and circulating of professional minutes of all meetings.
Responsible for the set-up of meetings, IT access levels and ensuring all Board documentation is uploaded to the platform accurately and in a timely manner.
Provide support with catering, travelling, meeting set up and diary management.
Drafting correspondence, reports and memos;
General office administrative support, including diary management.
What you'll need to succeed
As Executive PA, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar role with expertise in minute taking. You must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email and Calendar). Have strong attention to detail, time management, organisational and interpersonal skills. It is important that you can demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
