We are looking to appoint a Behavioural Support Officer for 37 Hours per Week, on a Term Time only basis to join our team at George Pindar School.

George Pindar School is an 11-16 secondary situated in Scarborough. We are a community school where our colleagues are #proudtobepindar and we are looking positively to the future. The core focus of this job is to complement the professional work of teachers by taking responsibility for implementing the schools Attendance and Behaviour Policy and improving the attendance and behaviour of identified students who attendance and/or behaviour is a barrier to their performance. Responsible for recording, monitoring, evaluating and reporting on attendance and behaviour data.
