We’re partnering with a fantastic group of Chelmsford primary schools looking for confident, experienced Unqualified Teachers / Cover Supervisors who are already proving they can run a class like a pro.

  Who This Role Suits

  • Primary Cover Supervisors or HLTA-level staff

    
    

  • Unqualified Teachers with classroom experience

    
    

  • Teaching Assistants with proven leadership capability

    
    

  • Ex-TEFL/FE tutors with strong behaviour management

    
    ✅ What You’ll Need

    • At least 6 months’ experience leading or supporting in a UK classroom

      
      

    • Confident behaviour management and communication skills

      
      

    • Adaptability across EYFS, KS1, or KS2

      
      

    • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
