Admissions Adviser

Hours: 37.5 per week 8am – 6pm on a rota basis

Contract: fixed term until 31.12.2025 with possible extension

Salary: up to £27,223 per annum

Plumpton College is seeking an Admissions Adviser who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You’ll play a vital role in guiding prospective students and processing applications, communicating updates and supporting students with accurate, friendly, and timely information about our college offerings.

What You’ll Do:

Answer enquiries across multiple platforms – in person, by phone, and online.

Provide detailed information on admissions, fees, and available courses.

Play a key role in our admissions team, ensuring applicants experience a smooth journey through our processes.

Collaborate with internal teams and attend college events as our ambassador.



What You’ll Need:

Experience in high-volume customer service.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and database management.

Flexible work approach, including occasional evenings and weekends.
